Diane Polnow is President and founder of Elite Sales Leaders, which specializes in Sales Consulting and Sales Training. She teaches corporations how to build top performing sales teams across the globe and has authored a dynamic new book “7 Secrets of Building Elite Sales Teams: Proven Ways to Increase Sales Results – For Sales Managers & Sales Executives“. Her mission is to help you save money and make money using her proven techniques and principles.

Diane is an expert at driving sales results at some of the most recognizable Fortune 100 companies. She spent nearly 20 years with Sprint and American Express amassing numerous awards for top performance year after year. Diane was a consistent Top Performing Sales Leader at Sprint, achieved multiple President’s Club Awards, and led some of her direct Account Managers to achieve President’s Club Awards as well.  Moving to American Express,  Diane inherited a team ranked #33 in the nation and led them to #4.

Diane has traveled to 16 countries — mostly Europe. Her passions include traveling the world, music, concerts, golf, dining out, cooking, self-improvement, and volunteer work for children’s organizations.
